I’m writing to you, our valued partners, customers and suppliers, to give you an update on ENL’s measures with the impact of Covid-19. These are unprecedented days and as Peter Busfield, Executive Director of the New Zealand Marine Industry Association says, no matter where you are in the world “we are all in this together.”*
There is no doubt this is one of ENL’s most challenging times in our 74 year history. New Zealand has been forced into total lockdown by this ruthless, invisible enemy since the 26th of March. Our immediate focus has been protecting the health and safety of our people and their families, while we plan for a future that we will never take for granted.
Today our R&D, Engineering Services, Sales and Customer Care divisions continue to operate at full strength, albeit from home, as we respectively continue to develop world class products and offer technical support to our world-wide customer base.
We’ve had to adapt to this new environment and thanks to technology and a dedicated team, all ENL staff are in a good position to assist with any questions you may have. Hopefully we will be able to ship orders again soon!
Our thoughts are with you all in these troubled times.
