ENL Group recently welcomed Nic Oien to our ENL family.
Based out of our Nelson branch, Nic joins our service department as a Marine Electronic Technician.
Nic has very recently relocated to Nelson, and is excited to be joining ENL and living life in the mainland.
We are sure that this news will be well received by local companies and fishers, and shows our continued commitment to providing excellent support services and technology to the local fishing fleet.
About Nic Oien:
Nic has a deep history with the ocean, being in the Royal NZ Navy as a Marine Technician for 9 years followed by several years in the private sector as a Marine Electronics Technician in Auckland.
Nic has experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing a wide range of navigation and communication systems on a large variety of vessels from recreational boats to cruise ships.
Nic holds a Level 4 Certification in Electronic Engineering, EST licence, and has MNZ Radio Inspector recognition.
